Billy first started bowling in 1984 and has won numerous English and British Isles titles such as the English Singles in 2003 then went onto win the British Isles singles in 2004.
The man from Lincolnshire captured the 2005-2006 World Indoor pairs then successfully defended it the following year. Billy won his first WBT Singles event in 2009 with a magnificent performance at Potters Leisure Resort to crown himself the 2009 World Indoor Singles Champion.
