Lilleshall Hall Bowls Club

“Starting a ‘proper bowls club in the heart of crown green was getting close to an impossible challenge but when I first saw the croquet lawn at Lilleshall and its magnificent surroundings I did resolve to try hard to beat the impossible.”

Manor Park Bowling Club

History

This Club was formed at the end of 2008, from two long established ‘brother and sister’ clubs: Malden and Coombe Bowling Club (Established in 1933 for Men) and Manor Park Ladies Bowling Club (County affiliated in 1960).

Billy Jackson

Billy first started bowling in 1984 and has won numerous English and British Isles titles such as the English Singles in 2003 then went onto win the British Isles singles in 2004.

Alex Marshall MBE

Alex has deservedly built a reputation as currently being the world’s best bowler. His record since he debuted with three gold medals at the 1992 World Outdoor Championships inn Worthing is quite simply amazing.
