Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?

A: For all our customers in the UK using our standard free delivery service orders are normally delivered between 3 - 5 days after being placed. We offer a  48 Hour Expedited Delivery service for just £4.99 per order. Royal Mail will deliver on Saturdays where most couriers do not. When you use this service the cost is just £4.99 for an efficent Tracked service delivered to your door.
 
For all EU customers the cost is just £10.00 per item and the rest of the world just £12.00 per item. All postage will be invoiced after your order has been recieved.

Q: Will I know when my order has been sent?

A: Yes we email all customers confirming the order is on its way and provide full tracking details for you to monitor its progress to you.

Q: Can I order by phone and obtain the same price as is displayed on this web site

A: Yes just give us a call on 01963 371669 we are here everyday between 9am and 8pm

Q: Is it easy to return an item?

A.

It is easy to return any item for either an exchange or a refund.  Simple Post your unwanted item back  to us at Rest & Play Footwear Ltd Unit 2 Marsh View, 22A Marsh Lane, Henstridge, Somerset BA8 0TG.

 

All items being returned must be in an as received condition with all packaging and tags still attached  and within 30  days of purchase. 

At New Forest Footwear our aim is to make the return's process as easy and as simple as possible.

All exchanges are sent Post Free to you.

 As soon as the shoes come back we will either refund or  exchange them and  if you require a different size or style we will refund or invoice any difference in price., We will then return the exchanged item completely free of any additional postage charge.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return which when using either the Royal Mail or My Hermes will cost approximately £3.00

We only offer our easy exchange service for UK post Code areas. Outside this area the customer is responsible for the Postage cost both ways.
