Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A: For all our customers in the UK using our standard free delivery service orders are normally delivered between 3 - 5 days after being placed. We offer a next working day delivery service for just £5.99 per order. Unfortunately, our next day courier does not usually deliver on Saturdays. When you use this service the cost is just £5.99 for one or one hundred items or any number of items in between.
For all EU customers the cost is just £10.00 per item and the rest of the world just £12.00 per item.
Q: Will I know when my order has been sent?
A: Yes we email all customers confirming the order is on its way and provide full tracking details for you to monitor its progress to you.
Q: Can I order by phone and obtain the same price as is displayed on this web site
A: Yes just give us a call on 01963 362494 we are here everyday between 9am and 9pm
Q: It is easy to return an item?
A. FREE EXCHANGES & EASY RETURNS ON ALL PURCHASES returned in an as received condition within 30 days of purchase.
At Lawn Bowling Shoes our aim is to make the return's process as easy and as simple as possible.
If you need to return an item then just email us requesting a postage label. We will then email you a label. You don't need to add any postage charge to this label, simply package your shoes securely and take them to your nearest Post Office.
Get a proof of postage & they will send the shoes back to us.
As soon as the shoes come back we will exchange them for you and return the exchanged item completely free of any postage charge. If you require a refund then we will deduct just £3.50 per item from the original purchase price to cover the return postage costs and the balance will be fully refunded to you.
This free exchange service is limited to once only per order and customers returning unwanted items for a refund, that have aready been exchanged will be charged £3.50 per item for the postage label,plus a further £3.50 per item for the postage cost of returning the original order for exchange.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return unless they use our easy returns system.
We only offer our easy exchange service for UK post Code areas. Outside this area the customer is responsible for returning items to us.
